1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Cadence Stride (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Cadence Stride mobile application (“App”).
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
A. Information You Provide
- We do not require account registration or collect personal profile information.
- If you contact support by email, we receive the content you send to us, your email address, and any attachments you provide.
B. Automatically Collected Information
- Analytics Data (Firebase Analytics): We collect app usage events such as screen views, feature usage (e.g., metronome start/stop, preset selection, paywall views), and session duration. This data helps us understand how the App is used and improve it.
- Device & App Information: Basic device and app information (such as device model, operating system version, app version, language/region, and app performance signals) may be collected by Firebase and RevenueCat.
- Purchase / Subscription Information (RevenueCat): When you purchase a subscription or lifetime access, purchase events and subscription status are processed by Apple and RevenueCat. We receive entitlement status (e.g., whether “Pro” is active) and billing issue indicators. We do not receive or store payment card details.
C. Local App Data (Stored on Device)
The App stores settings locally on your device using system storage (e.g., UserDefaults), including:
- Selected preset and custom presets
- Custom tick configuration
- Running and ambient mode settings
These data remain on your device unless you delete the App.
